Terry was an active child – smart, spirited, beautiful. At 5 she was diagnosed with a liver tumor and began a roller coaster of surgeries, cancer diagnoses and chemotherapy. Terry experienced more frightening things than any child should.
Luckily, Terry and her family discovered Camp Twin Lakes where she met other children like her. “It gave her back her childhood,” said her mom, Pam.
