Puppy parents rejoice: Doggy Con heads to Atlanta on Aug. 17, from 10AM-1PM. Much like Dragon Con, but furrier, Doggy Con is the “pawfect” place to dress up your four-legged friends in the coolest costumes.
In keeping with Dragon Con’s creative spirit, Doggy Con will feature a costume contest, pet parade, “yappy hour” social with Steady Hand Beer Co., doggy cooling stations, a DIY photo booth, bandana decorating and a number of dog-centric vendors for owners to pick up extra treats for Fido.
Located in Downtown’s Woodruff Park, registration is $15 for participants, but free for spectators.
