Russian President Vladimir Putin is everywhere. Who knew it possible to cross paths twice?
The leader of the largest nation visited Sochi Media Center last week and then on Valentine’s Day stopped by USA House and other venues. As they say in “Oklahoma!” (musical of my home state), if we keep running into each other, “People will say we’re in love.”
Putin is about a foot shorter than my 5’10”. Contrary to popular belief he smiles often. I anticipate he’ll attend women’s figure skating events where Russia’s Julia Lipnitskaya will compete against Gracie Gold.
