Several Atlanta-area colleges and universities have announced 2026 commencement speakers, reflecting a cross-section of business, politics, sports and the arts.
Emory University will host Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian, while Morehouse College taps NBA All-Star and entrepreneur Chris Paul. Clark Atlanta University will welcome actress and director Debbie Allen, and Spelman College named political strategist Symone Sanders Townsend. Former quarterback DJ Shockley leads the speakers at the University of Georgia, while Sen. Raphael Warnock is one of several at Georgia Tech.
