Georgia State University College of Law has officially opened the Emmet J. Bondurant Center for Constitutional Law, Practice and Democracy, a new hub dedicated to constitutional law and civic engagement.
Established through a gift from attorney Emmet J. Bondurant and Jane Fahey, the center aims to strengthen scholarship and public discourse around democratic institutions. It will host conferences, lectures and hands-on opportunities for students, including work on election law and amicus briefs.
Leaders say the center addresses a growing regional need for focused constitutional study while preparing future lawyers to engage in issues shaping democracy and the rule of law.
