If you’re a local sculptor who’s always wanted your work to reside in Atlanta, this may be your chance. The City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs Public Art Program is searching for a piece of art to reside in Hardy Ivy Park for its Temporary Art Program. Submission pieces must be pre-existing, 3-D sculptures and also follow these guidelines.
The deadline is Friday, April 30 at 5PM, with the winner being announced Monday, May 31. An art selection committee will assist in choosing the winner, and the recipient will receive a $3,000 honorarium for the two-year lease of their artwork.
