Most parents may be in disbelief that metro-Atlanta schools will officially be on summer break in less than a month. That means it is time to make plans for kids to escape summer boredom with camps designed to keep them entertained and out of trouble. A sampling of options includes:
Chastain Art Center’s KickstART summer camps – For both young children and teens aspiring to be artists.
Critter Camp – A unique opportunity for kids to learn about amphibians and reptiles.
Zoo Atlanta’s Summer Safari Camp – Ideal for young animal lovers.
Lifetime Kids Camps – Includes swimming, Friday field trips and more fun.
