Autumn adventures are on the horizon in Atlanta

The first day of fall is Saturday, Sept. 23, and what better way to prep for the scenic season than filling your calendar with festive happenings?

• Celebrate at the annual Fall Fest in Candler Park Sept. 30-Oct. 1 with live music, 100+ artists, food, a 5K and more.

• Enjoy the Pumpkin Festival at Stone Mountain Park every weekend in October, featuring storybook characters, a nighttime parade and the new World’s Largest Pumpkin Light Show.

• Warm up with the Atlanta Chili Cook-Off Saturday, Nov. 4 in Brookhaven Park with live music and over 75 competing teams.
