by The 100 Companies

This month, HGOR Principal Bob Hughes addressed a crowd of over 200 regional developers, brokers, officials and community development experts at the 2016 Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit.

With 37 years of experience in innovative and sustainable planning and design, Bob spoke about successful aspects of redevelopment projects, drawing on his experience with large-scale redevelopments like City Place and Grant Park.

Along with the speakers, the Summit included awards for redevelopment efforts. Parsons Alley, a restaurant/retail district surrounding Duluth’s Village Green, took home the Neighborhood Redevelopment Award. Vantage Realty, Bellfounder, Fabric Developers and Kronberg Wall assisted with the redevelopment.
