Summer, summer, summertime. Are you singing along? This Friday is summer solstice, the longest, strongest day of light in the year, and my bestie’s birthday. Which brings celebration to mind.
Thoughts of more sunlight, warm days, delicious summer garden finds, lighter clothes and menus, more time outside, patio parties, summer cocktails, fresh herbs, lake days, beach trips, long weekends and time with friends have all begun dancing in my head. It also is a magical time for intention. The sun wants us to shine and encourages major self-reflection.
