Make your base the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, where we stayed just a few days prior to the hurricane. The location was perfect as we could get everywhere we wanted to go in under 20 minutes.
Axis Lounge was a lively place to enjoy a meal our first evening; we dined on dishes from local purveyors from the menu at ARA Restaurant. Another favorite feature was the well-equipped 24-hour fitness center.
