Two of Downtown’s well-known buildings are getting a facelift. The Grant Building and the retail portion of Peachtree Center will soon look a little more modern with both of the owners of the buildings recently announcing renovation plans.
Banyan Street Capital will rename Peachtree Center’s retail center “The Hub” and plans to “bring it into the 21st century.” The Beck Group is working on the redesign, while Amy Fingerhut and Sara Pepper of CBRE are handling leasing.
The Grant Building, which sits near the renovated Flatiron Building, is working with JLL and planning to invest millions in the upgrade.
