As an avid online shopper, I was immediately interested in learning about ASOS’ search for warehouse space on the East Coast. The UK-based company recently announced that it chose Georgia for its $40 million fulfillment center.
“This deal is a validation that developing first-class real estate in prime locations will continue to grow Atlanta as the premier e-commerce hub in the Southeast,” said Majestic Realty’s Stan Conway.
The 1,040,000-square-foot spec building was delivered earlier this year by Majestic’s Atlanta office, which has continuously played a significant role in economic development across the region.
