ULI Atlanta recently announced Bob Voyles, principal at Seven Oaks Company, as its new Chairperson. Bob has worked in Atlanta commercial real estate for 37 years and served on the boards of the Perimeter CID, Cumberland CID and many more.
“I’d like for ULI to be a convening forum to take different ideas and put them into action, such as taking the BeltLine and running out spokes beyond the city,” he said in a release.
Bob hopes to focus the land-use nonprofit organization on “improving and establishing a sustainable transit network for the region beyond the central core city.”
