Atlantans are already enjoying such amenities at communities like South City Partners’ Square on Fifth, which includes a rooftop pool deck. And others are on the way: The George on Memorial Drive will have a rooftop amenity deck and 1270 Spring’s granite and quartz countertops will likely be highly sought after.
What’s outside the apartments also matters to renters, as more communities are incorporating walkable trails and setting aside a percentage of land for greenspace.
