With all the apartments rising in Atlanta’s skyline, it’s easy to confuse one with another. Urban Realty Partners’ latest residential development is an exception to that rule.
Opening this summer, The George’s unique character, along with its location on Memorial Drive, is already attracting tenants. Last week, The George’s ground-floor restaurant tenants were announced: Farm Burger and Your Pie.
“These new restaurants will add to the walkability and vibrancy of the Memorial Drive Corridor, which is developing into one of Atlanta’s great urban places,” said Urban Realty’s Simon Tuohy. The George will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
