Last week, the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners approved zoning applications for North Decatur Square. This means that now developer S.J. Collins Enterprises can move forward with the 365 by Whole Foods-anchored project.
“The vision for a connected, intentional development where this community can gather to socialize and share experiences can now move forward,” said Jeff Garrison of S.J. Collins Enterprises.
This rezoning approval comes after months of engaging the community in multiple “listening” meetings to ensure this new, curated development earned the support and enthusiasm of the community at large. Groundbreaking is scheduled for Q1 2017.
