When searching for entertainment in Atlanta, many locals and visitors head Downtown– home to the Georgia Aquarium and National Center for Civil and Human Rights. But where do out-of-town guests stay while visiting? Soon, a fourth Legacy Property Group-owned hotel will be an option.
Legacy AMH, LLC recently purchased DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta Downtown, which features 312 rooms and suites – bringing the group’s Downtown portfolio to almost 1,000 upscale rooms. Legacy sweetens the deal with refurbishment of the new hotel, opening soon.
With Atlanta’s occupancy recently reaching an all-time high, all of Legacy’s Downtown hotels are experiencing revenue growth.
