The sizzling summer in Atlanta real estate has been brought to stagnation, unfortunately. After reaching a record of 6.7, the Cal-Culator will remain there, based on the most recent housing data.
Home sales continue to remain solid in Atlanta, rising 8.5 percent from last month, but sales are limited due to a lack of inventory. According to Georgia Multiple Listing Service, inventory is currently at a 4-month supply, when at least a 6-month supply is recommended.
The good news of the month comes from the National Association of Home Builders, which announced builder sentiment hit a decade high in July.
