Flagship Whole Foods in Midtown

by The 100 Companies

Living in Brookwood Hills, I have all the luxuries of Midtown at my doorstep. One thing lacking was a Whole Foods Market, but thanks to The Related Group, that’ll soon change.

A 70,000-square-foot, multi-level Whole Foods will break ground next year at 14th and West Peachtree streets as part of a 38-story mixed-use tower, which will include 390 luxury apartments. Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart is the architect for the tower and Atlanta-based Phillips Partnership will design the store.

“They’re using the residential project as a catalyst to improve the quality of life for area residents,” said Chuck Hull from Smallwood.
