Although it was stalled for years, Buckhead Atlanta is finally opening and last week was named ULI Atlanta Project of the Year Award winner. Hailed as a “phoenix rising from the ashes,” the 1.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development opens today and Atlanta is dying to see what’s been hiding behind those fences.
The walkable plan allows visitors to shop at stores such as Hermès and Christian Louboutin, and satisfy their hunger at Shake Shack or Le Bilboquet. Many more stores and restaurants are scheduled to open in coming months.
