New South Construction was officially awarded the two-phase Warner Robins Air Force Base Building 125 design-build project. This is a large (256,000 sf) Galbestos Roof project, which includes a new roofing system and interior roof drain assemblies with gutters and downspouts.
The project also includes installation of new lightning protection and fire protection and suppression systems, along with reduction and disposal of hazardous materials.
New South’s Federal Market team, preconstruction and marketing departments devoted a tremendous amount of time and hard work to both phases of this project. Phase 1, budgeted at $10 million, should be completed within 12 months.
