Today, the Metro Atlanta Chamber announced Hala Moddelmog is succeeding Sam Williams as president. Hala, a Georgia native, has served as Arby’s Restaurant Group President. She also led Susan G. Komen for the Cure as President/CEO and served as President of Church’s Chicken.
Sam is retiring after 17 years as president of MAC, which has more than 4,000 member companies that employ nearly one million workers in our region. Hala has experience leading successful organizations and was selected after a broad search, including more than 250 individuals receiving consideration. We welcome Hala and wish her the best leading the Chamber.
