It’s back! The Green Market returned to Piedmont Park last weekend for its 15th year. The market is held every Saturday from 9-1 inside the 12th Street and Piedmont Avenue entrance.
Local businesses and farmers sell produce, artisan goods and prepared foods like panini sandwiches from Nectar and biscuits from Deep South Biscuit Company. Pick up a bag of scones, pasta or kale chips while you enjoy chef demonstrations and listen to live music.
Sign up for a Piedmont Park Walking History Tour, which leaves at 11AM and lasts 60-90 minutes; a $5 donation per person is requested.
