In addition to serving traditional Indian dishes like those at their popular street food restaurant Masti, owners Ricky Walia and Sunny Minhas have added Chinese, European and American influences to the menu at their new restaurant Bombay Brasserie in Roswell.

They waited more than two months for delivery of two custom clay tandoori ovens from Jaipur, India, for the upscale Indian restaurant. Dishes include tandoori salmon, black tiger tandoori prawns and grilled lamb chops marinated in yogurt for 48 hours.

Diners can enjoy the hookah on the 40-seat covered patio and on weekends, belly dancers who will perform inside.
