City of Hope expands reach with new rural cancer care partnership in Georgia

by The 100 Companies

City of Hope Cancer Center Atlanta and Upson Regional Medical Center have announced plans to launch a new cancer care alliance aimed at expanding access to advanced oncology services for communities across West Central Georgia.

The partnership will bring City of Hope’s nationally recognized expertise directly to patients in Thomaston, allowing many to receive treatment, chemotherapy and consultations close to home.

By combining local care with access to additional specialized services in Newnan when needed, the collaboration marks a significant step toward improving outcomes and reducing barriers for rural communities, increasing equity and long-term health access across the Southeast region.
