With the growing impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), there’s one key phrase everyone has come to know (and maybe hate) – social distancing. This means avoiding contact with others in an effort to prevent catching the virus and potentially passing it to others.
While it may seem silly to stay away when feeling healthy, it helps to protect those most vulnerable as the severity of the virus increases with older age and those who are immunocompromised.
It really is one of the easiest and most helpful ways we can all do our part to help contain and get the outbreak under control.
