Finding time to exercise can be difficult, especially if you’re a professional or parent. I prefer evening classes, but sometimes an early class is my only choice.
I’ve gotten ready for work after an early class at Exhale and Torq Cycle. Both were exceptionally nice, clean and provided everything you’d possibly need. Also a spa, Exhale provides all the luxuries you’d expect. Torq comes around and offers coffee to those getting ready – major bonus points.
If I have to wake up early, having little to worry about and carry with me is important. Exhale and Torq both have you covered.
