Since joining ClassPass, I’ve been curious about Stellar Bodies classes. After hearing different reviews, I decided to give it a try.
Stellar Bodies’ workout is Pilates-based and is done on a “Megaformer,” which looks like a medieval torture device. The idea is to get a full body workout with small and slow movements against the machine’s resistance. The machine alleviates pressure on joints and the spine for a safe workout.
I made it through class, but don’t personally have what it takes to perform well in this type of workout. A tremendous amount of strength and balance is required.
