After a recent move, we no longer live in an old home, but still enjoy staying in historic properties.
Our choice for a night in Richmond, Virginia, was the Linden Row Inn, which has 70 rooms in seven 19th-century Greek Revival row houses. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the charming brick courtyard, a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.
We could walk to restaurants, down to the James River and along the canal. The complimentary breakfast included yogurt, eggs, fruit and waffles. For more on Richmond, visit the Girl on the Go blog.
