Even devout carnivores will go crazy over the vegan brunch at Muse Café in the Corcoran Gallery of Art in D.C.
At our recent meal there with my daughter and her roommate, we all agreed it was a fantastic experience and we didn’t miss meat at all. Chef Todd Gray, owner with his wife Ellen (pictured), started us off by delivering a tasty morsel of artichoke tempura.
We then hit the ample buffet, which changes seasonally, for items such as amazing Rastafarian spiced sweet potato chowder, basmati rice salad and French toast. Even the desserts were delicious. $30; Sundays only.
