I don’t really know much about football, but recently I was drawn to watch a draft call of DK Metcalf to the Seattle Seahawks. Not even a minute in, I was filled with tears and so much emotion, feeling every bit of his roller-coaster.
It reminds you that with all the crappy things life may bring there are moments like this. Moments that come from hard work, sacrifice and dedication. Moments that bring support, hope, excitement, validation and life-changing experiences. Moments that define and bring people together with love + support.
Moments that bring such joy, especially watching others succeed.
