Farmers market season returns to Atlanta

by The 100 Companies

Following a dreary winter, sunny skies have returned and are bringing with them farmers market season throughout metro Atlanta. While some farmers markets operate year-round, most debut their flavorful bounties along with spring’s arrival.

Located under “The Shed” outside Ponce City Market on the BeltLine, the Ponce City Farmers Market is held Wednesday evenings, hosting urban farmers, artisanal food makers and pop-up chefs.

The Saturday Piedmont Park Green Market offers coffees, teas, fresh-cut flowers, regionally grown produce and more.

The Brookhaven Farmers Market, open Saturdays beginning April 1, features local produce, artisan breads, humanely and organically raised meats and more.
