Money magazine names Atlanta best place to live in U.S.

Atlanta took the top spot on Money magazine’s annual list of the 50 Best Places to Live in the U.S. 

Money referred to Atlanta as a “cultural behemoth,” emphasizing that the city has been the center of several significant cultural happenings and moments, including the Civil Rights Movement and the popularization of music genres like R&B. 

The outlet also mentioned the city’s ample diversity, from the people to the variety of colleges, restaurants, parks and the countless things to do that Atlanta offers residents.

The city’s booming job market, eye on equality and overall economic growth were also highlighted.
