The longtime Atlantan creates seasonally rotating menus inspired by nostalgic childhood memories or even current music favorites. Just like making music, there are only so many notes that work together.
Reddick usually takes a classic cocktail and tries to make a riff off of that. By substituting ingredients, changing proportions or infusing ingredients, he can create something completely different than what he started with.
