My friend recently called asking for an old photo of us for her student’s school bulletin. I went through the one box I have. Nothing. While digging through the mass digital moments on Facebook, I realized that although I’m a photo enthusiast, my memories were not captured in print.
While my parents printed photos of us growing up, I’m always pressed to find them, which motivates me to keep more boxes of my own. You can always make copies. Facebook albums may not even be accessible in 50 years, plus there’s nothing like going through hold-in-your-hand memories.
