The inaugural season of Atlanta United hasn’t disappointed. In addition to the fandom and explosive game days, Atlanta United communications strategies are one of the reasons I’m such a fan.
The team alerts its shareholders following Mercedes-Benz Stadium construction delays, where all games were slated to be held. The team also provides financial compensation for season ticket holders for each delay. After first game hiccups, like long beer and security lines, they listened to their audience and added additional lines.
