A Food Pantry With Heart

At Atlanta’s Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, the doors aren’t just open on Sundays. During the week, hundreds of families come to receive needed food and resources.

The church’s Love Center Food Pantry provides nearly six thousand pounds of food for families each month. But it’s not a handout; it’s a helping hand for families to become self-sufficient. “My goal is for them to not need us after a while,” says Pastor Chianti Harris.
