Don’t you hate walking into a new studio you’ve never visited where you don’t know anyone? Everyone is fit and intimidating, and the equipment looks like some kind of torture device. I’ve been there many times.
Most studios are friendly and helpful when they know it’s your first time. If they don’t address it when you arrive, mention it to the staff. They’ll typically give you a tour, an explanation of class and hopefully put you near a veteran student to follow if you get lost.
When you’ve found your new favorite studio, you’ll be glad you tried something new!
