Blueprint Fitness

On a whim, I signed up for Total Body Conditioning (TBC) at Blueprint Fitness on the Westside last week. I wanted something tough and had been curious about Blueprint’s offerings.

TBC is a circuit training cardio class – something I haven’t seen offered anywhere else. Our workout included burpees, lunges, kettlebell swings and more. Blueprint describes this class as “team personal training” – my class only had two others in it.

Although difficult, TBC at Blueprint was a great workout. I recommend it for those interested in CrossFit-esque classes, but might be too intimidated to try the actual CrossFit (like me!).
