Two weeks ago, I appeared on Over Divorce, a podcast and website geared toward the problems that men in particular face surrounding divorce. In the episode, I tackle one issue people often find uncomfortable: a prenup.
As I tell all of my clients, I can’t recommend a prenuptial agreement enough. The sad reality is that a high percentage of marriages still end in divorce.
So unfortunately, you should establish financial terms and protect your assets during a time when everybody is happy and working together. Prenups save huge amounts of time, money and bitterness.
