Although COVID has brought its challenges, Atlanta’s culinary scene is rebounding with several new restaurants slated for opening this year, including these we’re anticipating most.
• Alici and Bastone – Chef Pat Pascarella (White Bull, Grana) is opening two concepts. Alici will offer handmade pasta, risotto and seafood, while Bastone will be a mozzarella bar.
• Atrium – From restauranteur Tal Baum (Aziza, Bellina Alimentari, Rina), Atrium will be located in Ponce City Market and feature a vegetable and seafood-focused menu.
• Humble Pie – The team behind Lazy Betty and Juniper Café is opening an American restaurant featuring burgers, pot pies, cauliflower steak and more.
