Uberto serves farm-driven menus in intimate new setting

by The 100 Companies

Uberto, a multi-course tasting menu restaurant from MICHELIN-starred and James Beard Award-nominated Chef Ryan Smith of Atlanta’s Staplehouse, opened to the public in April. Located at Quercus, the restaurant was previously only available to overnight guests on the property but now takes public reservations.

With just 30 seats, the unique experience features ingredients from a working farm in Gay, Georgia and immerses guests in the connections between land and table.

“The unique nature of this property gives us the space to approach the culinary offerings at Quercus without the restraint of a typical restaurant setting,” says Executive Chef Ryan Smith.
