In the South, it’s obvious we love our BBQ. If you’ve ever wanted to learn to cook it yourself, why not learn from the pros? Southern Thunder BBQ, an award-winning pro-competition team, created their very own cooking school for just that.
The “BBQ with the Pros” class takes place once per month, and in just one day, attendees can expect to cook 200+ pounds of meat alongside the team of pros. They’ll teach their techniques for barbecuing brisket with au jus, how to control smokers, how to pull pork and more. The day ends with a full banquet to enjoy your creations.
