Join Pour. Kitchen + Bar for an intimate and informative evening learning Charcuterie 101. Pour’s chef, Tommy Rothwell, will guide guests through samples of artisan-cured meats and specialty cheeses, discuss the components of a great charcuterie board and help each to create their own masterpiece to enjoy.
Sommelier Daniel Campbell will be on hand to provide tasting notes and wine pairings to accompany boards. The $30 ticket includes a sparkling wine welcome drink, guests own charcuterie board to enjoy, a glass of wine from Pour’s pairing selections, and samples of meats, cheeses and accompaniments.
