Bar None: Coke’s unofficial NA beverage line

by
non-alcoholic beverages

When I ask for non-alcoholic options at many bars and clubs, I’m usually offered soda water with a garnish of disdain, like a vegan being offered a frozen veggie patty at a barbecue.

Thankfully, one of Coke’s “intrapreneurial” teams has concocted a better option. Bar None offers four fancy bottled cocktails: ginger mule, sparkling sangria, dry cider and bellini spritz. Each is unabashedly bold and rich with flavor (though perhaps too rich to drink all night).

Still in its early stages, you can find Bar None at Gypsy Kitchen or in a handful of nearby package stores.
