Chick-fil-A’s Mealtime Kits a winner?

My son and I tried the two Chick-fil-A Mealtime Kits now available for testing in Atlanta. Both the chicken Parmesan and chicken enchiladas far exceeded our expectations.

Created by Chef Stuart Tracy, formerly of Parish, the meals were easy to prepare and came with high quality, fresh ingredients. I was especially surprised by the rich taste of the tomato sauce for the chicken Parmesan, which was our favorite of the two. Preparation was easy and took around 30 minutes, as indicated.

Unlike most meal kits, all packaging is compostable. The Mealtime Kits are $15.89 for two servings.
