People were going back for seconds and thirds at a lunch I attended at Hopstix, eagerly loading plates with the delicious sushi, chicken and beer skewers, and Asian salads. Indonesian-born Andy Tan combined his two passions – food and brewing beer – into this Asian fusion brewpub. Hopstix brews about a half dozen beers onsite.
Andy and his executive chef Dony Raymond created the menu together, which includes a rawbar and robata grill. Sit at the counter at the back if you want to watch the sushi chefs expertly roll the rice and fresh ingredients into tasty and beautiful little rolls.
