Stacy Brown started Chicken Salad Chick out of her home in Auburn, Alabama, and now the casual chicken salad restaurant has grown to 146 franchises in 70 locations. The seventh metro Atlanta location, the first in the city, opened this week in Buckhead.
Have it your way, with 12 varieties of the popular southern staple available. We sampled a few, including Classic Carol, Barbie-Q, Lauryn’s Lemon Basil (my favorite) and Jalapeno Holly. I also loved their version of pimento cheese.
Tasty sides include broccoli salad, grape salad and pasta salad. Other sandwiches and soups are also on the menu.
