Brio is one of those Buckhead restaurants I kind of forgot about. But after dinner there recently, it’s front and center on my radar.
As much as I love heaping bowls of pasta, and would’ve loved to try the lasagna, I’m trying to eat a bit lighter. So I focused on the light menu, which has nine entree options under 650 calories. But I sacrificed nothing as my salmon dish with grilled asparagus and sweet potatoes was so tasty and delicious I would choose it again.
Other options on the light menu include espresso rubbed ribeye and pan roasted tilapia.
